Day 12 | Cusco
City tour in the morning which includes visit to Sacsayhuaman, Qenco, Puca Pucara and Tambomachay complexes, as well as the Temple of the Sun or Koricancha and the Cathedral in Cusco. Night free.
Days 13 to 19 | Cusco - Manu - Cusco
In the next 7 days we'll proceed to an adventure that probably will be the most remarkable from your trip, where we'll go from the valley of Cusco crossing the last slopes of the eastern Andes into the Amazon basin, visiting the cultural zone and the Manu National Park. This area is considered one of the richest forest on earth, with more than 1000 species of birds including the biggest eagle the Harpy eagle. On day 19, we come back to Cusco. Night free.
Day 20 | Cusco
Free day in Cusco.
Day 21 | Cusco - Pisac - Ollantaytambo
In the morning visit to the archeological complex of Pisac and walk to downtown Pisac, and then free time to shop in the famous handicraft market here. Lunch included on the way Pisac - Urubamba in Tunupa restaurant, visit to artist Pablo Seminario's house and to the Ollantaytambo complex. Overnight
Day 22 | Ollantaytambo - Machu Picchu
Morning train to Aguas Calientes, at arrival transfer to El Pueblo hotel and walk through the El Pueblo hotel trails that offer a really good birding, particularly in hummingbirds including the endemic Green-and-white Hummingbird (Leucippus viridicauda). From Andean Condors and Cock of the rocks to mystical monuments of Incan civilization, Machu Picchu is a high priority for any tourist visiting Perú.
Day 23 | Machu Picchu - Cusco
Visit to Machu Picchu complex at sunrise and then time free to enjoy the complex on your own. In the afternoon return to Aguas Calientes and train to Ollantaytambo, from there bus to our hotel in Cusco. Night free.
Day 24 | Cusco
Free day in Cusco, last chance to enjoy the city of Cusco and do your last shopping. Night free!!!
Day 25 | Cusco - Lima
This day flight to lima and transfer to the hotel. End of our services. |

Day 1 | Lima
Arrival to the capital of Peru and transfer to the hotel, there are no activities schedule for today, in the hotel you'll find a note with some practical suggestion, maps and additional information. At night the tour leader will give you an initial briefing about the tour.
Day 2| Lima
Early breakfast and transfer to the Reserve Zone Villa Swamps, paradise for birdwatchers and nature lovers with more than 100 species of birds, complemented with a visit to san Pedro fields & Lurin Valley. City tour in the afternoon, with visits to Miraflores district, downtown Lima, the Main Square (Plaza de Armas), the Cathedral, and San Francisco Convent. Night free.
Day 3 | Lima – Pisco
Private bus to Pisco very early in the morning. After a journey of about 3 ½ hours by bus we arrive to Pisco. In the afternoon, our search for bird species continues with a visit to the Paracas National Reserve.
Day 4 | Pisco – Nazca
We start the day with a visit to the Ballestas islands, known as the Peruvian Galapagos, a relaxing boat ride with the company of penguins, seals & more than 200 species of sea birds. No doubt the best place to observe common marine species like the Humboldt penguin (Spheniscus humboldti), Peruvian Booby (Sula variegata) and many shore side species. At midday private bus to Nazca.
Day 5 | Nazca - Arequipa
In the morning over flight to the enigmatic Nazca lines, afternoon free. At night public bus to Arequipa.
Day 6 | Arequipa
City tour in the morning including the beautiful Arequipa country side. Afternoon free.
Day 7 | Arequipa - Colca Canyon
Morning departure to Colca Canyon, visit to the Aguada Blanca and Salinas National Reserve that protect a vast area of Puna and a salt lake, home of aquatic birds many of then in danger. In the lake is possible to spot flamingos like Chilean Flamingo, Andean Flamingo & Puna Flamingo. At 4800 meters above sea level, we arrive to the village of Chivay at midday. After lunch relaxing afternoon in the thermal baths. Night free.
Day 8 | Colca Canyon – Puno
Early in the morning we depart to Cruz Del Condor, border cliff of the deepest canyon on earth, where we'll spot the Andean Condor and visits to the local towns. Private transport to Puno, arriving at night.
Days 9 & 10 | Puno - Llachon – Puno
This tour will take us to the community of Llachon on the shores of the Titicaca lake were we spent 2 days and 1 night that with a family of this community. Apart to visit the floating island of the Uros and interact with the people from the community, our goal is to kayak on the lake inside the National Reserve searching for its diversity of aquatic birds including the short-winged grebe endemic from this area.
Day 11 | Puno - Cusco
Transfer to Cusco in a scenary bus and enjoying the beautiful Andean landscape, after 8 hours we arrive to Cusco, the lunch is included. Free day. |
