Day 1 | Lima
Transfer to your hotel in Lima.

Day 2 | Lima
Early morning breakfast and transfer to the Villa swamps, paradise for birdwatchers and nature lovers with more than 100 species of birds, then we visit the Pachacamac archaeological complex (31km south of Lima) and return to Lima. After lunch a city tour with visits to the Miraflores district, downtown Lima, the Main Square (Plaza de Armas), the Cathedral and San Francisco convent. Free night.

Day 3 | Lima - Paracas
Free time during the morning to walk around Miraflores district and then transfer to the bus station in the afternoon to take a bus to Pisco, 4 hours south of Lima, stay at the Zarcillo Paradise Hotel on the shore of Paracas bay.

Day 4 | Paracas - Nazca
Early in the morning, transfer to the port on Paracas bay and tour to the Ballestas Islands. On return from the Islands, private bus through the Ica desert to the town of Nazca. On the way, visit to the prestigious vineyard and a walk by the Huacachina oasis. Arrival in Nazca at night; overnight in Wasipunko lodge. Dinner included.

Day 5 | Nazca - Arequipa
Early morning overflight the mysterious Nazca Lines. An amazing Pachamanca, a traditional Inca Ceremonial Lunch included; during the afternoon, the aqueducts and Chauchilla cementery tour, which conserves hundreds of pre-Inca mummies and tapestries. At night, a very comfortable bus to the White City of Arequipa.

Day 6 | Arequipa
Transfer in & check in, city tour in the afternoon that includes: the monastery of Santa Catalina, Yanahuara and Carmen Alto districts, the cathedral and La Compañia Church and cloister.

Day 7 | Arequipa - Colca Canyon
Morning departure to Colca Canyon, on the way we visit the reserve Aguada Blanca and Salinas, which is located at 4800 meters above sea level, arrival to the village of Chivay at midday. After lunch a relaxing experience at the thermal baths. Night free.

Day 8 | Colca Canyon - Arequipa
Early in the morning we depart to Cruz Del Condor, border cliff of one of the deepest canyons on earth. Here with a little luck we'll spot the Andean Condor, we'll also visit various towns and observation points of the canyon along the way, return to Chivay at midday, lunch in Chivay and return to Arequipa. Arrival to Arequipa in the afternoon.

Day 9 | Arequipa - Cusco - Pisac
Transfer to Arequipa airport and flight to Cusco in the morning. At arrival to Cusco transfer to our hotel in Pisac town on the Sacred Valley of the Incas for acclimatizing. Afternoon walk into town and the nearby sites of interest.

Day 10 | Pisac - Ollantaytambo
In the morning visit to the downtown of Pisac and then, free time to shop in the famous handicraft market. Lunch included on the way Pisac - Urubamba in Tunupa restaurant (novo-andina cuisine). Visit to artist Pablo Seminario's house and to the Ollantaytambo complex. Overnight in Ollantaytambo.

Day 11 | Ollantaytambo - Machu Picchu
In the morning train to Aguas Calientes, at arrival transfer to our hotel. For the afternoon we suggest a visit to Mandor waterfalls. Overnight in Aguas Calientes.

Day 12 | Machu Picchu - Cusco
Morning visit to Machu Picchu History and Natural Sanctuary at sunrise and then free time to enjoy the complex on your own. In the afternoon, return to Aguas Calientes and train to Ollantaytambo, from there bus to our hotel in Cusco. Night free.
  Day 13 | Cusco
City tour, includes visit to Qenco, Sacsayhuaman, Puca Pucara and Tambomachay complexes, the Temple of the Sun or Koricancha and the Cathedral in Cusco. Night free.

Days 14 | Cusco – Tambopata
Morning transfer to the airport and flight to Puerto Maldonado. Reception at the airport and transportation to theMaldonado Lodge, where you will receive a welcome tropical fruit beverage. You will embark for a 4 hour motorboat trip up the Tambopata river toTambopata Lodge & Research Center (box lunch on route). During the trip we will be able to observe the local farms, while groups of birds pass over the boat. Opportunity to see families of Capybaras, the largest rodents in the world. Reception and accommodation at the lodge. After a short rest we will have a brief introductory walk in the forest nearby to learn basic principles of ecology and hear some wildlife natural history. Return to the lodge for dinner. After dinner we will make our first visit to the forest to observe the nocturnal life of insects, of various colors, and occasional encounters with nocturnal mammals. We will enjoy the diverse sounds of the jungle which will accompany our first night in Amazonia. Sleep at the lodge.

Day 15 | Tambopata
Wake up early (4.30 am) and travel up the Tambopata River for an hour to the Bahuaja- Sonene National Park. You will see a magical sunrise and it is a great opportunity to see animals such as capybaras, tapirs, jaguars, and deer in the surrounding virgin forest. We will observe (from a save distance) one of the greatest spectacles of the rainforest: Hundreds of parrots, parakeets and macaws of various species, enjoying their diet of mineral salts on a river bank, here we will have a hot drink and a snack, then, return to the lodge to have a late breakfast. Ethno botanical trekking through one of the trails learning about medicinal plants. After lunch we will enter the verdant jungle on a special trail to observe wild life. We will then enter the territory of peccaries, deer, and others, with the possibility to hear or see their tracks, or discovering a troop of monkeys travelling through the forest in search of food. Time permitting; we will be able to enjoy a relaxing swim in the cascade of the cat. After dinner we can make another trip through the jungle, searching for caimans or relaxing in our lodge surrounded by exotic nocturnal sounds.

Day 16 | Tambopata
After breakfast we will make a trip by boat to the WASAI Maldonado Lodge, in Puerto Maldonado where we will relax in our bungalows and enjoy a tasty lunch. After lunch we will leave and travel for thirty minutes on the Madre de Dios River, to the access trail to Lake Sandoval, a beautiful typical rainforest lake. 3 km hike to the banks of the lake. There we will board a canoe to paddle around the lake enjoying the beauty of the landscape and observing the wildlife, such as kingfishers, herons, hoatzins (unique pre historic looking birds), monkeys, etc. If we are lucky we could see the family of giant otters which live at the lake. It is time to begin our return hike to the Madre de Dios River to return to Puerto Maldonado. There we will stay in the modern and comfortable bungalows ofMaldonado Lodge. After dinner we will be able to rest or go around the city on foot or on bicycle. We can enjoy the pool and its cascade surrounded by verdant vegetation. Rest of the night free to enjoy the night life of this welcoming city.

Day 17 | Tambopata - Lima
Breakfast and transport to the airport. Flight to Lima. Transfer in and end of our services.
