Day 1 | Lima
Transfer to your hotel in Lima.
Day 2 | Lima
Early morning breakfast and transfer to the Villa swamps, paradise for birdwatchers and nature lovers with more than 100 species of birds, then we visit the Pachacamac archaeological complex (31km south of Lima) and return to Lima. After lunch city tour with visits to the Miraflores district, downtown Lima, the Main Square (Plaza de Armas), the Cathedral and San Francisco convent. Night free.
Day 3 | Lima - Chiclayo
Transfer to the Lima airport and flight to Chiclayo. At arrival, transfer to the hotel and check in. Then, tour Tucume town and pyramids, impressive structures of clay, proof of how advanced were the pre-Inca cultures in the north of Peru; then visit to the Lord of Sipan Royal Museum and the Pyramids of Sicán, return to Chiclayo in the afternoon. Lunch included in Lambayeque.
Day 4 | Chiclayo - Chaparri
Breakfast and private transfer to the town of Chongoyape (around 1 hour and 30 minutes). In Chongoyape we meet our guide and do some last minute shopping before we enter the Reserve. On our way we visit the reservoir of Tinajones, first chance to spot birds, especially migratory birds. We will continue until we arrive to Chaparri Ecological Reserve, after checking in our rooms decorated Mochica style. (Pre-Inca Culture of the zone), we will have lunch. In the afternoon a first walk into the reserve to see the facilities and projects like, re-insert the spectacle bear and the white winged guan endemic specie of the zone that was believed extinct for more than 100 years. Dinner and night walk or simply rest and enjoy the tranquility, purity and beauty of this place.
Day 5 | Chiclayo - Chaparri - Mancora
Very early in the morning with the first rays of sun we will do the hike Las Pavas, this trail is the longest of the reserve with approximately 8 Km. long where we will be able to appreciate the nature of the zone with its 241 species of birds, 21 species of mammals, 20 species of reptiles and amphibious. After the walk private transfer to Chiclayo and bus to Máncora.
Day 6 | Mancora
Transfer to the hotel in Mancora. Free time to enjoy this wonderful beach or any other beaches, such as Punta Sal, Punta Mero, Cancas etc. We recommend different activities around the beach, such us Kite surfing, surfing, fishing and bird watching in the area and more. |

Day 7 | Máncora - Tumbes - Zorritos
Private transport to the district of Villa Primavera in Tumbes, arrival to “Puerto 25“and visit to the Tumbes Mangroves National Sanctuary. The visit is made in a rowboat. We will stop in a platform in the mangrove and take a guided walk for about 50 meters to enjoy nature and the environment. Transfer to the hotel in Zorritos just in front of this beautiful sea.
Day 8 | Zorritos - Tropical forest of Tumbes
Breakfast early in the morning and transfer to the city of Tumbes in a 4x4 van. We will cross Pampas de Hospital to get to the Reserved Area of Tumbes, which has a Pacific Tropical Forest ecosystem. After arrival to Caucho, we will camp and have lunch. In the afternoon, walk along Quebrada de las Pavas. Dinner and fire lit.
Day 9 | Tropical forest of Tumbes - Tumbes - Zorritos
Very early in the morning, before breakfast, walk along Quebrada la Unión, where the Howler Monkey of Tumbes is frequently seen. Breakfast and walk to the crystalline water pond where we will be able to enjoy nature. Lunch and optional bicycle ride to Pampas de Hospital. Transfer to Zorritos beach.
Day 10 | Zorritos - Lima
More beach and relax. In the afternoon transfer to the Tumbes airport and flight to Lima. At arrival transfer to your hotel. End of our services. |
