Day 1 / Cusco - Wiñaywayna - Aguas Calientes Town
We pick you up from your hotel for our short shuttle to Poroy train station. The train ride covers 104 kilometers / 64.6 miles (approximately 4 hours), then we set out on our trek to Wiñaywayna after that, we walk to the “Inti Punku” (Sun Gate), where we can take in a panoramic view of the Machu Picchu Citadel; finally we arrive to Aguas Calientes town, where we spend the night.

Day 2 / Aguas Calientes - Machu Picchu - Cusco
Early in the morning, we take one of the first buses from Aguas Calientes to Machu Picchu Citadel where we will enjoy our tour of Machu Picchu, the Lost City of the Incas. There is also an optional climb to the top of the Huayna Picchu Mountain – The pyramid-shaped peak that overlooks Machu Picchu. After the visit you have enough time to explore the Machu Picchu complex on your own or do the Huayna Picchu climb. The next meeting point will be in Aguas Calientes town; you just have to take the bus back on your own according to the departure of your train to Cusco.
